What a great day of friends, family, and good music. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to show support. Also a great cap to the night with Slug rocking the Mally & Sundance Kid Tee produced by the team here at The Airtime Collection.
This quick film dives into The Airtime Collection as a whole. From designing, to printing, to the brand in its true from. A full version is to come but here is a quick preview.
So the time has come for a new introduction to The Airtime Collection and it will start off with a few limited releases until the full S/S season drop. The first tee in this series will be available TOMORROW exclusively through Phenom (online & in-store). Airtime marches on.
Over the weekend, I was lucky enough to attend The Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. Taking over Main Street with friends and family, we crammed in as many documentaries, narratives, and shorts as possible with a healthy amount of antics and trouble making mixed in. We also had the chance to drop in on the Method Man concert so had our daily dose of Wu-Tang as well. The following is a quick look at the trip and audio courtesy of Tommy Carr.
The team has been locked up in our own version of Xanadu, hard at work finishing up the next two seasons of The Airtime Collection and I can confidently say they are both going to be huge. The first, Spring 2011, will be a quick strike season of tees and snap backs with a few new add-ins to turn the volume up a little bit. The second, Winter 2011, will be an introduction to the Airtime of next. More fabrics and denim than you can imagine paired with the same substance and simplicity that you have come to know so well. I would love to explain further but where is the fun in that. More projects with your favorite artists are in the works as well so enjoy the last stretch of winter and we will be waiting in the light at the end of the tunnel with some new deliveries.
Tribe & Big Cats! don’t hesitate in 2011 with a new video release last night for Breaking Down The Walls. Directed by Isaac Gale and David Jensen, this one came out of the gate with a ton of energy and does a great job representing the song as well as the overall feel of the album that is now on pre-order over at Fifth Element’s online store.
